Elbow pain (UCL tear) is one of the most common problems from throwing. In this video I show a javelin thrower how to improve their technique to reduce elbow pain from throwing. Included are drills to help with your throwing form.

With all injuries, first consult your doctor and physical therapist before throwing. Tommy John surgery is often used to repair a UCL tear.
