Honda Fit/Jazz CVT start clutch calibration

How to calibrate the start clutch on the first-generation Honda Fit/Jazz GD with Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT). Try this if you experience juddering when moving off, especially uphill.
If the problem persists, check the CVT fluid level and condition:

(Repeat CVT stall test to try to burnish start clutch.)
Xado EX120 Revitalizant transmission fluid additive may also be helpful.
Consider changing CVT fluid every two years or 40,000 km (25,000 miles). Use only Honda CVT-F.
