Let's learn how to play with mods in Stardew Valley!
In this video, I'll be going over the basics and beginner-friendly steps to take in installing Smapi and Mods, as well as getting into a bit more advanced tips on how to take a little more control over your modded game and troubleshoot when you come across problems. We will also cover mod managers and I'll show you everything I know about adding, removing, and configuring mods in Stardew Valley!
Stardew Valley 1.6 isn't out yet, but when it is, we should be having a complete overhaul and update of Smapi, so when that happens, I'll update this guide.
If you'd like to learn more about how to actually make your very OWN mod, I highly recommend checking out @XxHarvzBackxX as their channel has taught me a lot on learning how to create custom worlds like you may have seen in my Elf Training holiday collab, and I believe it could help you too.
