In this video I talk about how the much anticipated Marvel and Whatnot Comic Trading Packs are about to hit the secondary market. This could change comics as we know it. I have long talked about the chase cards and packing ripping being so successful in the card world that I think it was only a matter of time before it hit comics...and well...here we are. The Rob Liefeld Gold Foil already hit $700 on a CGC 9.8 sale so I have to assume these mystery packs are going to ramp up in price once they are flooded on ebay.
What do you guys think about this? Is there anything inherently wrong with making this type of product? Is it gambling or good old fashion speculation?
