This video was a long time coming, I had been waiting on lost parts and then I having to wait for the insurance company to make a decision further delaying rendering parts. In the mean time I made a call to kill the Scat Pack Project AKA( HellCamino) to finish the Hellcat and get it back on track.
Another thing I found difficult to find was a competent bodyshop, most didn't have the correct tooling and the ones that did only wanted to do insurance work and on top of that wanted to section in the frame which I did not want and on top of that did not think a car that does almost 200mph would be safe with this type of repair.
Once a bodyshop was procured it was time to remove the front from the Scat Pack via drilling millions of spot welds a bit of an exaggeration but that is how it felt when I was doing it. After that everything was dropped off at the bodyshop and once I got back from Cleetus and Cars it was finally ready, after months of waiting it looked like a car in a sort.
Before I could reinstall the drivetrain I needed to paint the engine bay and components, which in its own was time consuming but once it was done it looked great and finally ready to go!!!!
