Sandwich Ingredients
1 Large Tortilla
1/8 lb Thin Sliced Provolone
1/8 lb Thin Sliced Prosciutto
1/8 lb Thin Sliced Genoa Salami
1 Roasted Red Pepper, cut into 4
A handful of baby Arugula
A few Basil leaves

Balsamic Vinaigrette
3 Tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar
6 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon of honey
1 Teaspoon of Dijon Mustard
Salt and Pepper

Caprese
8-10 Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
8-10 Mozzarella Balls, Halved
A few small basil leaves picked from the top of the plant
