Israeli forces blast Hamas terrorists with Merkava tanks and rocket launchers during gun battle.
Israel's army released video on Saturday November 18 showing soldiers from its Golani Brigade firing shots and engaging in a battle with what is said to be Hamas fighters, in the Zaytun area of Gaza city.
Israel vowed to destroy Hamas after the militant group's Oct. 7 rampage into Israel in which its fighters killed 1,200 people and took 240 hostages, according to Israeli tallies.
