God's Rambo and his Ghost Camaro

Not Michael Knight but Helge Meyer "a loner on a crusade to champion the cause of the innocent, the helpless, the powerless".  With the help of the US forces he took a standard Camaro and turned it into an armored lifeline for those in need in the former Yugoslavia.
