Tortilla Wrap with Liquid Dough | Easy tortillas without Kneading

Tortilla recipe is trending round
Tortilla recipe is trending round the globe. I have tried my bit to make the same. It came out extremely soft, light and thin. It can be used as wraps in rolls, Frankies etc. The process shown to make tortillas is one of the easiest one without any hassle of mixing everything altogether to prepare a lumpfree batter.
Preparation Time : 5 mins
Serves : 10 Wraps
Ingredients:-
All purpose flour: 1 cup
It is because of the flour that the tortillas comes out extremely soft.
One can substitute it with wheat flour as well.
Sugar: ½ tsp
Sugar is used to make the tortillas soft and fluffy.
Salt: ¼ tsp or accordingly
Vegetable oil: 1 tsp
Oil used to make tortillas has to be neutral in terms of flavour. Oil helps to make the batter non-sticky. It is an essential ingredient in this recipe in order to make perfect tortillas.
Water: 1 cup
Water has to be in right proportion.
Excess or less of it might result in shapeless or hard tortillas. For 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of water gives a perfect consistency of the batter.
Milk powder: 2 tbsp
Milk powder is used to enhance the flavour of the tortillas and it's use in this recipe is completely optional.
