Meatballs in Yogurt Sauce Ingredients:
Meatballs in Yogurt Sauce
Ingredients: 1 lb meatballs, 4 lbs plain yogurt, 2 tsp salt, 1 egg, 3 tsp starch, 4 Tbs olive oil, 4 diced garlic cloves, and 1 bunch chopped cilantro. Mix egg, starch & cold yogurt, then place on medium heat while stirring. In 3 Tbs oil, brown meatballs. When yogurt start to boil, add meatballs and stir for 5 more min. Sauté garlic and cilantro in 1 Tbs oil, then add to yogurt. Turn off heat. Place in a serving platter and sprinkle dried mint on it and drizzle few drops of olive oil. Enjoy!
