Urad Daal Paratha Recipe | Quick Indian Food | Indian Kitchen

In this recipe I will show you how to make urad daal parathas. This is a super quick recipe in which you can reuse your left over cooked daal. I've used urad daal, but you can use arhar, dhuli moong, dhuli masoor and chana daal.
These are soft and tasty and very easy to make. You can have them with tomato ketchup, pickle or curd.
