How to replace thermal paste for L340 laptop with CoolerMaster MASTERGEL PRO V2 (Thay keo tản nhiệt)

Although I bought this laptop in 2019 but I haven't changed any thermal paste for it since then !!! So this is the first time I tried to change it by myself and after changed the old thermal paste, my laptop has greatly reduced by approximately 20 celsius degrees ( about 68 degrees Fahrenheit) so this Mastergel Pro V2 was a great deal, it cost me about 70.000VND ~ 2,98USD (buy date was ~ 05/2023) and I bought it from Lazada.
