It was a windy day
It was a windy day in Islamorada so we wound up doing a little fishing off Bean's Houseboat. Jamaican Mike showed up to get in on the action and after an hour we had plenty of gray snapper (mangrove snapper) to eat for dinner. The Bean and Jamaican Mike square up in the kitchen the following day for some delicious cooking! The Bean makes a killer fish sandwich and Mike shares a true Jamaican dish with us, fish escovitch!
