A great alternative to beef or pork meat balls.

These meat balls are made using the chicken thigh which has more flavour and moisture than the chicken breast. The onion and garlic is first caramelised in butter for a sweeter more mellow taste.  De-glazed with a little white wine, some Napolitana (Marinara) sauce with fresh basil and grated Parmesan cheese.  Make extra as you'll need seconds!
