Chicken ChimiChangas Written Recipe :

Ingredients:
Roll Putty 1 Packet
Chicken boneless (slice) 375 grams
Egg (Whisked) 1 no
Flour 4 tablespoons
Cheddar cheese 1 cup
Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
Black olives (sliced) 4 tablespoons
Oil for frying
Salt 1 teaspoon
Onion (chopped) 1 (large)
Garlic (chopped) 2 tbsp
Capsicum (slice) 1 (large)
Crushed Red Chilli 2 Tablespoons
Oregano 1 teaspoon
Tomato paste ½ cup

Method:
Heat 1 liter of oil in a pan and fry the garlic for 1 minute. Then add chicken, crushed red chili, and oregano, and fry for 5 minutes. Now add salt and tomato paste and cook on high flame for 2 minutes. Then mix capsicum and onion and keep aside. Spread the rolls and add 4 tablespoons of chicken, add two tablespoons of both ingredients. Now mix egg and flour in a bowl. Roll the patti and seal with egg and flour. Then fry in hot oil for 6 to 8 minutes and serve.

Creamy Monte Cristo Crepes Written Recipe :

Ingredients:
Milk  2 cups
Flour  1-½ cups
Eggs  4
Salt  1 teaspoon
Melted butter 5 tablespoons
Oil 4 tbsp
For تhe Filling:
Bologna Slice 12 pcs
Cream 1 packet
For the Omelet:
Eggs 6 pcs
Cream 1 packet
Salt 1 teaspoon
Oil 3 tbsp

Mix all the crepes ingredients except the oil well. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to a pan add the crepes mixture and cook well on medium heat on both sides. Repeat this process for all the mixture and keep aside. For the omelet, mix eggs, cream, and salt and beat well. Then heat oil in a pan, add 1/3 of the egg mixture, and cook the omelet for 4 minutes. Similarly, cook all the mixture and keep aside. Now roll the crepes with a slice of bologna and omelet cream and serve.
