Hello friends! Today I bought an amazing miracle machine for preparing kebab preparations from meat, potatoes and fish and immediately decided to share this video with you! This kebab molding machine helped me a lot in this, as I saved a lot of time and didn’t bother with minced meat, beating it and cooling it! Recipe for 1 kg:
Beef (pulp without veins, films and cartilage) - 1 kg.
Fat tail fat - 300 gr.
Bulb onion - 300 gr. (5 pcs.)
Garlic - 5 cloves or dried 1 teaspoon.
Salt - 1.5 tablespoons
Seasoning for barbecue - 1 teaspoon
Red pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Ground black pepper - 1.5 teaspoons
Smoked paprika 1 teaspoon.
Fry on high heat for 5-7 minutes!
