Add a dash of MSG. Make the blue cheese sauce by combining 2tbs of Creme Fraiche, 1tbs of Mayonnaise, 1/2 lime juice, 1 gaarlic clove chopped, blue cheese to taste, salt and pepper to taste, and a hint of MSG. Mix well. Heat up the pan - add your patty in and cook for 1-2minutes per side to your preferred doneness. Spread some mayo on both buns, give the buns a quick toast. Salt and pepper the two tomato slices. Assemble the burger by adding the blue cheese sauce on the bottom bun, add in rocket, tomato and the patty. Then come behind another tomato, more sauce on top bun and crown the king! ENJOY! :)
