It is very easy to forget that we also need to nourish our spirits because we do not recognise the effects of spiritual hunger. Spirital Breakfast was formed to ensure you maintain feeding your spirit on a daily basis. For the bible says
“Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.”
Matthew 5:6
