ASCE Releases Newest Economic Study, Bridging the Gap

ASCE is releasing its newest economic report, Bridging the Gap, highlighting the impacts of infrastructure investment on American households and businesses. The study, which ASCE does once every four years leading up to the release of its national Report Card for America’s Infrastructure, is showcasing a new format this year. After several major infrastructure laws were passed and implemented nationwide (including the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, or IIJA), Bridging the Gap analysis compares the economic benefits of continuing our existing funding levels to the ramifications of returning to pre-IIJA funding. Join ASCE for a series of panels relating to the study, with experts and industry stakeholders holding conversations on how the transportation, water, and energy sectors have been impacted by recent investments.
