🟢材料:
雞腿1 公斤
薑、紅蔥頭、蒜頭 適量
生抽 2 湯匙
老抽 1 湯匙
紹興酒 1 湯匙
月桂葉 2片
八角 1粒
冰糖 - 適量

🟢做法:    
1️⃣ 雞腿洗淨,瀝乾水分,熱鍋下油煎至一面金黃色,翻轉後加入紅蔥頭、薑片、蒜頭一起煎至兩面金黃。
2️⃣ 加入生抽 2 湯匙, 老抽 1 湯匙, 紹興酒 1 湯匙, 2 片香葉, 1 粒八角, 冰糖 ,倒入適量熱水,加蓋中小火燜煮15分鐘。
3️⃣ 炆煮中途翻轉雞腿,最後大火收汁即可。

🟢Ingredients:
Chicken drumsticks - 1 kg
Ginger, shallots, garlic - as needed
Light soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
Dark soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
Shaoxing wine - 1 tablespoon
Bay leaves - 2 leaves
Star anise - 1 piece
Rock sugar - as needed

🟢Steps:
1️⃣ Rinse and dry the chicken drumsticks. Heat the pan with oil and fry the drumsticks until one side turns golden brown. Flip the drumsticks and add in the shallots, ginger slices, and garlic cloves. Fry until both sides turn golden brown.
2️⃣ Add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of Shaoxing wine, 2 bay leaves, 1 star anise, and a moderate amount of rock sugar. Pour in a moderate amount of hot water, cover the pan, and simmer over medium-low heat for 15 minutes.
3️⃣ Flip the chicken drumsticks halfway through braising, and reduce the sauce over high heat at the end.
