I created this Dramatic Halo eye look using the NEW Too Faced Sunset Stripped Eyeshadow Palette. I have plenty of eyeshadow tutorials using the first Too Faced Born This Way Palette. The second palette is just as AMAZING! The Sunset stripped palette has a unique scent that isn't too strong and doesn't last on the eye. The shadows are perfect for spring!
