Venomous Cape Cobra in their Yard!

I got called to remove /rescue a Cape Cobra (Naja nivea) that has decided to venture into someones home most probably looking for his next meal. Cape cobras are the most venomous cobra out of all the cobras Africa & one of the most venomous snakes in all of South Africa!

But thankfully the locals were smart enough to call me, a registered snake catcher in Port Elizabeth to come & remove this snake. As you can see it was light work, people have immense fear for these animals & hopefully by watching me remove this snake they can see they are way more scared of us! Although the people who owned this property made it very amusing with their humor.

After a snake is caught, it has to be released back in tye wild! So we head out to a fantastic location where we release & talk about this amazing snake in more detail & one can learn a little more about their behavior.
