BAKE TECH MASTER - COOKIES AND CRACKERS PROCESSING

The course will cover several topics from raw material to production processes technologies and final products evaluation. Students will fully experience the new Bakery Experience Center, GEA’s state-of-the-art R&D facility for bakery products equipped with a completely configurable pilot plants to execute different production tests, and an analytical laboratory.
