Sonic Riders (& Mods) - Sonic Was Always Good

Okay, seriously though. How is Beat from Jet Set Radio not in this game? Forgot that TE does have a version that changes all the character textures to different skins. But it's a one and done thing so it's not really to my liking. I knew this was gonna be a long one as I'm kinda talking about 3 games here.
