(Full Route) MTA NYCT: 2009 Orion VII NG HEV 40" #4203 on (S) Franklin Av Subway Shuttle

Recorded on Saturday, June 15, 2024, from Franklin Av/Fulton St to Lincoln Rd/Ocean Av (Prospect Park).

This is my first time recording a ride on an MTA NYCT Orion bus! Also, it's my first time recording a ride on a 40' Orion! Unfortunately, this bus doesn't sound as great when compared to SF Muni's Orions. The AC was also very loud when I rode this bus.

This is also my first time recording a NYC subway shuttle bus! I believe this is also my first time riding the (S) Franklin Av Shuttle Subway Line. Also, only 1 of 8 buses operating the subway shuttle on June 15 was an Orion, so I was lucky and caught this bus!

Due to the St Marks Ave Bridge being replaced for the weekend of June 15 (and a few other weekends after that), the (S) Franklin Av Shuttle Subway Line was replaced by shuttle buses for the whole line, from Franklin Av/Fulton St to Prospect Park.
