Don't Overthink Things

Everybody is judging themselves way to hard. Just getting out there and starting to do or create, is a much better way to spend your time than contemplating how you are living your life. If you are always planning ahead, and worrying about what you're doing next, you will never start. Don't worry so much about allocating time to everything and have the self-awareness to re-balance things when you realize you are dedicating too much effort in one direction or the other.
