Fix#1: Changing DNS Configurations.
Preferred DNS Server=“8.8.8.8”
Alternate DNS Server”=“8.8.4.4”
Fix#2: Reset the Microsoft Store Cache.
Open RUN (Win+), Type "wsreset.exe" and then click on "OK".
Fix#3: Make sure Windows Update service is set to automatic and running.
And then update your System.
Fix#4: Uninstall & then Reinstall the Microsoft Store.
Uninstall command: Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore | Remove-AppxPackage
Reinstall command:Get-AppXPackage WindowsStore -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
