The way to deal with
The way to deal with the tap water flowing fast is very simple, namely by replacing the pipe that comes out of the sign with a larger size. For example, from a pipe size 1/2 or 3/4 inch changed to 1 inch. Next, minimize using an elbow pipe connection (L) so that the water flow is not much obstacle. Thus the water pressure towards the tap becomes stronger so that the water that comes out becomes heavy like in this video.
