Starfield on ROG Ally | Increase Performance!

ONE SIMPLE change makes a HUGE difference!   So glad there is a community of people making things like this to improve the game.  I love this mod and have really enjoyed playing Starfield on the Ally with this graphic tweak that really improves performance AND visuals.
