Age of Wonders: Shadow Magic choppy gameplay

Just a video to show the choppiness I'm experiencing with Age of Wonders: Shadow Magic.

All of the animations are fairly choppy.  To compare, look how smooth the swirl around the menu options and logo is before I create a game, and compare it to after.
