To make a servo you'll want to purchase the robotics workstation and train up to level 8 of the robotics skill. Along the way, train by buying robotics parts online and using them to create mechanisms and computer chips. You'll need 12 computer chips and 18 mechanisms to create a servo, which are made at the robotics station. You'll also need 15 common upgrade parts, 10 electronic upgrade parts, 5 kitchen upgrade parts, 2 plumbing upgrade parts and 75 robot upgrade parts, which can all be purchased online using a computer.
Once you then reach level 8 of the robotics skill and have all the parts, then your sim can craft the servo at the robotics station.
