Exam Regulations and Instructions:

Document Requirements:
The document provided for the exam is exclusive to this exam and cannot be utilized for any other purpose.
The document must contain a photo of the candidate; failure to include one will result in exam disqualification.
No additional writing, pictures, or signs are permitted on the document, except for the information specified by ÖSYM.
Valid ID for Entry:
Acceptable forms of ID include the Turkish ID Card, Former Turkish ID Card, Northern Cyprus ID Card, Pink/Blue Card, Passport, or Temporary Identity Document.
Incomplete or expired IDs will not be accepted for entry to the exam.
The ID must feature a current photo for easy identification. No alterations or additions should be made to the photo.
Building Information:
The location details provided are for candidates' reference only. It is advised to confirm the address before the exam day.
Candidates are restricted to the designated exam hall and cannot enter any other area within the building.
Please be in building 2 hours before the examination.
All exam halls are under camera surveillance.
Regulations and Security Measures:
Candidates are required to comply with all regulations and security measures in place.
Arrive at the exam entrance at least 1 hour before the scheduled start time for necessary checks.
Prohibited items are not permitted inside the exam hall.
Attire should be simple, without metal accessories.
Exam Materials:
ÖSYM will provide pencils, erasers, sharpeners, and tissues. Candidates should only bring water in a transparent bottle.
The use of cell phones or electronic devices during the exam will result in exam invalidation.
Exam Procedure:
The exam consists of two tests: Numerical Ability Test and Basic Mathematics Test, each with 40 questions.
Answers for each test will be evaluated separately.
The raw score for each test will be calculated by deducting one-fourth of the incorrect answers from the total correct answers.
Mean and standard deviation will be calculated for each test.
Standard scores will be computed for all candidates, with a mean of 50 and a standard deviation of 10 for each test.
These standard scores will be weighted by 0.45 for the Numerical Ability Test and 0.55 for the Basic Mathematics Test to determine candidates' weighted scores.
Candidates must score at least 0.5 raw points on at least one test to have their weighted scores calculated.
Weighted scores will be converted into TRYÖS scores ranging from 100 to 500.
Any questions deemed invalid by ÖSYM or judicial authorities will be excluded from evaluation. Remaining valid questions will be re-evaluated, and if necessary, scoring will be adjusted based on the updated answer key provided by ÖSYM.
Conclusion:
Hand in your answer sheet and exam booklet to the proctors after the exam. Leaving them on your desk will invalidate your exam.
