Lymphatic Drainage Tools are gaining
Lymphatic Drainage Tools are gaining fast popularity, despite being around for many years. Lymphatic drainage massage is used to improve lymphatic flow and lymphedema, but if someone has fibrosis, scar tissue, or thickened/dense tissue, that can cause the lymphatic system to back up further. So what about foam rolling? Or a massage roller? Cupping? Fascia Blaster? Lymphatouch? In this video, I discuss and list the main lymphatic drainage tools on the market right now, with a focus on fibrosis. This is part 2 or a 2-part series.
