WTVT Eyewitness 13 News - Roy Leep Weather Report

The gold standard for local TV meteorologists in Tampa Bay, Leep always dropped the American Meteorological Society Seal of Approval declaration before each of his segments. As in, "Don't even bother questioning this." My grandmother adored him the way she looked unquestioningly at priests.  This is back when Leep used a pointy stick to indicate what was happening onscreen - so he wouldn't obscure the view. This would never happen today.
