I honestly can't believe its
I honestly can't believe its taken me sooo long to make a video about Jerusalem Artichokes ... !!!
They are such a staple food for us in the winter ... maybe its because its always so cold and damp outside when we are harvesting them that its taken me so long!?!
Honestly this tuber can not get enough respect from us, they are a hugely under rated and under used crop in our opinion AND they taste AWESOME 💚
