Mutton shorba or mutton curry gravy is a very popular dish in up Hyderabad and delhi.
It is super tasty mutton  dish.

Mutton - 500g
Onion-1large
Green chillies - 3-4
Green Coriander - 3-4Tbsp
Ginger Garlic paste - 1.5 Tsp
Garam masala-1Tsp
Salt - 1Tsp(to taste)
Red chilli powder - 1 Tsp
Haldi powder - 1/2 Tsp
Coriander powder - 1.5 Tsp
Kashmiri red chilli - 2 Tsp
Nutmeg powder-1/4 Tsp
Mace powder - 1/4 Tsp
Black Cardamom - 3
Green cardamom - 5-6
Black pepper - 8-10
Cloves - 5-6
Curd - 3 Tbsp
Oil - 1/2 cup
