Season 8 is fully under way and with the holiday break upcoming for Blizzard, this is the balance state we should expect for a while. Mauga finally released to Competitive today, with a few buffs, however while his sustain has been improved, his lethatlity has gone down to a level that limits his playmaking. The tank role overall has upgraded so much that Mauga may not have a killer feature that defines why you pick him, but you can still rank up on him due to the high skill expression in his kit.
