DIY Modern Outdoor Planters

Make these easy modern outdoor cedar planters.

Overall dimensions: 17"x17"x25"

The materials I used: 👇
-
1- 3/4 in plywood
12- cedar fence pickets (6ft)
2- rustolem flat black spray paint
2- rustolem satin clear enamel
-
1 1/4 in pocket screws
1 in brad nails
1 1/4 in brad nails
wood glue
-
Cut list: for 1 planter (x2 for 2 planters)
2- 16"x24" 3/4 in plywood
2- 14 1/2"x24" 3/4 in plywood
outside trim
cedar strips 2 1/2" wide cut to fit

with a few modifications this can easily be made with just a circular saw if you don't have a table saw. planing the fence pickets also isn't necessary. any 1x3 material could work for the outside trim.
