Maxing Flavius Aetius for KvK Garrison! [Rise of Kingdoms]

Finally after three MGEs...
Unfortunately I don't have Zenobia expertised,
so I will probably try Flavius/Scipio as sub garrison captain.
(Maybe Flavius/YSS if I have the chance :P)
