Broke down and stranded on my Aprilia Tuareg 660.

My brand new Aprilia Tuareg 660 broke down on my in the San Francisco Bay area.  The counter shaft seal completely blew out spewing oil all over the swing arm, the rear tire, the brake rotor and brake pads.  This was particularly frustrating because I had the first service on this bike completed by the local dealership.  When I took the bike in the for the first service I notified the dealership I thought the counter shaft seal was leaking.  I was told the oil I saw on the bike and leaking on the floor was chain lube.  I didn't know how to argue with the them to get the bike re-evaluated by the same technician.  I took the bike to a local dealership where a warranty claim was submitted.  I was forced to fly home and will have to fly back once the bike is fixed to ride it home.  This has been a really frustrating experience.
