The Valley of the Kings
The Valley of the Kings is a famous archaeological site located on the west bank of the Nile river in Luxor, Egypt. It is known for being the burial place of many pharaohs and their consorts from the New Kingdom period (1550-1070 BCE), including the famous Tutankhamun.
