Our first ride in Northwest
Our first ride in Northwest Arkansas!
We are at The Railyard Bike Park in Rogers which is a neighboring town to Bentonville. This bike park is like nothing I've ever seen in person and it was a great place to get comfy on the bikes again after winter. I had at least done some riding in Cali in February but J Gil hadn't ridden her MTB since early November.
We show you all the lines there including a fun jumpline in the woods that you might miss if you didn't know it was there. J Girl crushed that trail btw and she was amped on it!
There's novice to expert downhill lines along with some shorter jumplines up top and a small skills loop with a little pumptrack for kids. So something for every skill level for sure. Jess and I both agree that the beginner loop was by far the most fun and got a bunch of laps in on it. The expert line is cool but it was hard to maintain speed on my trail bike (I'm sure it would be better on a DJ). And I'll say the same thing for the six pack of jumps up top.
It's so rad that they have this bike park here, people would be so stoked on having this here in Minnesota. Bentonville is just a trip to be in with how many trails there are and how incredibly accessible they are. Such a cool, fun town too.
