While growing up in Belize, Creole Bread was a staple part of our diet. It was made every Saturday and my grandmother's house by my Aunt Aileen. In the late 1980"s she visit us in America and showed us how to make this delicious, soft bread. The bread is not too sweet, so it can be eaten with any meat dish, cheeses or jams and jellies.
