Royal Enfield made a name for itself in the off-road riding community with the Himalayan. The capable ADV is now getting a major update in the form of the Himalayan 450. In this video, we talk about the specifications of the new avatar of the motorcycle and tell you how different it is from the outgoing model.
One of the most significant changes to the Himalayan has come in the form of a higher capacity 452 cc engine. This is still a single-cylinder unit but now gets liquid cooling. The power and torque outputs sit at 39.6 hp and 40 Nm, respectively. These figures are significantly higher than the ones produced by the older engine. The tyres, brakes and suspension have also been updated.
