Qatar is an Arab country that many people visit only for a quick stopover at Doha airport. However, see what you can see if you decide to leave the airport and stay there for a few days.

We, because of a much cheaper return ticket to Poland, decided to stay in Karar in Doha for 4 nights. Here's what we managed to see there on the spot.
Qatar is an incredibly rich country. It has some of the largest gas deposits in the world, yet has a population of only 3 million, of which only 10% are native Qataris. The rest of Qatar's population is made up of visitors looking for work in Doha and throughout Qatar in general.
In a few days we had the opportunity to explore a bit of Qatar and much of Doha. We visited many attractions, rode camels in the desert and also saw what this Arab country is like, during Ramadan.
