The Special Police Corp in the Mertopokita Police Headquarters known as “Winspector”. The alarm buzzer at Madox or the concentrated information management computer rings furiously.
In 1999 in Japan, due to the progress of science and technology, people’s living standards have attained a higher level by far. Wall type T.V. sets are popularized personal computers and word processors are daily necessities. Schools are on a four-day week. Computers are brought to classes and keybords are more popular than pencils people are enjoying convenient and affluent living fully.
However, on the other hand, destruction has reached new levels globally. Here comes a super machine souding a horn. Three figures go down and stand. They are of metal bodies, Fire (red), Walter (green) and Bycle (yellow) in vivid colors, having a high-tech rescue mecha about them. Are they humans, or robots ?
