A video log on the
A video log on the construction of my 9yo son's Halloween costume this year.
- Patterns for the head, body, and arms were creating using Blender exports printed on paper from Pepakura Designer 4.
- This body was built using "many" EVA floor mats and barge contact cement.
- The face was constructed with sheer black fabric and remote controlled LED pond lights.
- The boots are slip-on shoes screwed into several layers of EVA foam.
- The overall design was based off online reference photos as well as additional photos provided by @spideycatx on twitter (Thanks Christina!).
Big thanks to @teamasobi and Playstation Studios for their brilliant Astro Bot games that my son and I continue to enjoy immensely.
