For The Tadka
Oil= 4 tbsp
Green Cardamom= 6
Bay leaf= 2
Black Pepper= 1
Cloves= 2
Cumin= 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste= 2 tbsp
Kashmiri Lal Mirch Powder= 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder= 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder= 1 tsp
Garam Masala= 1 tsp
Kasuri Methi= 1 tsp
Coriander Powder= 1 tsp
Salt to Taste
Fresh Coriander= 2 tbsp
Butter= 60 gm
Ginger= 1 tbsp (julinne)
Fresh Cream= 70 gm

For The Kofta
