Greetings everyone, welcome back. Now you guys have been requesting more Fortnite content and in this episode we're going to test how the most popular Battle Royale game performs on Xbox One.
Thanks to the performance patch that was released 3 years ago Fortnite is very well optimized for the Xbox One. The patch adds dynamic resolution, anti-aliasing and an improved illumination model. But most importantly it adds solid 60FPS performance which is crucial for a multiplayer Battle Royale game.
However this is achieved through a rather aggressive dynamic resolution scaling. On the Xbox One we can experience a resolution ranging from sub 720p to around 900p. But still this doesn't ruin the whole gameplay experience in any way.
