Ingredients -

For marination of paneer

-  corn flour – 2 tbsp
-  all purpose flour – 1 tbsp
- crushed pepper powder – ½ tsp
- salt – ½ tsp
-  water – 2 tbsp

For sauce solution

- Dark soya sauce – 1 tsp
- Tomato sauce – 2 tbsp
- Red chilli sauce- 1 tbsp
- Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Vinegar – 1 tbsp

For Corn flour slurry

- Corn flour – 2 tbsp
- Water – 2 tbsp

Other Ingredients –

- Paneer – 250 g
- Onions – 2 large ( 4 cm square)
- Capsicum – 1 large ( 4 cm square)
- Ginger – 1 inch ( finely chopped)
- Garlic – 5 cloves (finely chopped)
- Green chilli – 2
- Spring onion – chopped (optional)


Directions-
1. Firstly cut the paneer into 1 inch cubes .
2. Then add 2 tbsp of corn flour , 1 tbsp of all purpose flour , ½ tsp of salt & 2 tbsp of water. Coat the paneer nicely.
3. Heat sufficient amount of oil and dip fry the paneer cubes till golden brown. Set aside.
4. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan & add onion petals and capsicum petals. Fry for 1 minute on high flame.
5. Further add chopped garlic, chopped ginger, chopped green chillis and spring onions. Saute for 2 mins on medium flame.
6. Additionally add the sauce solution and corn flour slurry. Stir  fry for 1 min.
7.  Then add fried paneer cubes mix well to coat the sauce.
8. Now add chopped spring onions and mix it well .
9. Garnish with green onions.
10. Dry chilli paneer is ready . serve hot.
